MFT Color Challenge and Seize the Birthday

Color Challenges are my favorite. It take the guess work out of selecting which paper to use. And these 4 colors look great together.

I made 2 cards using this color scheme.

This is the FIRST time I've ever used stencils. Oh and let me tell ya... I'm IN LOVE! I can guarantee you'll be seeing more usage of these bad boys... you've been warned!

As you can see, there's no sentiment on this card. I do this occasionally because sometimes it's nice to have a card I can grab that isn't for a particular reason. Do any of you do this too??

The second card is a birthday card! It's hard to know that because I didn't post a picture of the inside of this card. The sentiment reads, "happy, happy birthday!"

There you have it! Which card do you prefer?

All products used are from MFT Stamps

Also, for any of you who may read this, I would love, love, love, to take an online copic coloring class. Any great suggestions? I bought 2 sets of markers and just started coloring with them. I've looked up some basic stuff, but I have a long ways to go.

  1. Both cards are super, but that little cutie has my heart. I love the way you colored her skirt!

  3. I think #2 is my favorite perhaps because I am OBSESSED with Limelight! But I love that you dove into the world of stencils for the first time. That's so fab, Whitney!
